Terms of use

ga4-gsc-mcp is part of the Huskii Marketing MCP Hub, a tool operated by Huskii for the marketers it works with and, later, for Huskii's clients. It is not a public product. Sign-in is technically limited to Google accounts Huskii has individually allowed; if you were not given access by Huskii, these terms grant you no right to use the service. Using it means accepting what follows.

The service acts as you

This server holds no Google account of its own. It calls Google as the person who signed in, so it can do exactly what that person can already do, and nothing more. If your access to a property is removed in Google, it disappears here too.

A confirmed change is a real change

Once you confirm a change, it is applied to the live Google Analytics or Search Console property immediately. There is no staging step and no undo. A changed data retention setting, a deleted custom dimension, a removed access binding, or a submitted sitemap takes effect at once and can affect reporting for a client's live website.

Your responsibility

• Read what the preview says before you confirm it. The preview names the real target.
• Do not confirm a change to a property you are not responsible for.
• Do not use this service to work around a permission you were not given.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service on a client's property unless you are authorised to change that client's analytics or Search Console configuration.
• Do not share your session or let anyone else act under your Google identity.
• Do not attempt to reach the service's own infrastructure, credentials or another user's session.
• Google's own terms for Google Analytics and Search Console continue to apply to everything you do through the service.

Huskii may suspend or withdraw access at any time, in particular when someone no longer works with Huskii, when access is misused, or when a client's data needs protecting.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Huskii does not guarantee that it is available, that Google accepts every request, or that a Google API behaves as documented. Huskii is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the district of Hasselt, Belgium.

Changes and contact
